About Me

I’m a trauma-informed therapist who specializes in working with women-  helping them heal from the deep emotional and relational wounds that come from trauma, eating disorders, and systemic oppression. My approach is rooted in harm reduction, social justice, and a deep understanding that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process.

Many of my clients have been through various forms of therapy before, yet still feel stuck, disconnected, or unworthy. I help them untangle those feelings of shame, self-blame, and old, painful patterns. I work with people to recognize that their body isn’t the problem — it’s the world they’re navigating and the trauma they’ve endured that needs healing.

I don’t promote toxic positivity or tell you to "love yourself" when that feels impossible. Instead, I help you move toward self-compassion and body neutrality. Healing isn’t about perfection — it’s about creating space for you to be free of shame, guilt, and unrealistic standards.

If you're looking for a therapist who honors the impact of trauma, identity, and societal forces on your mental health, let’s connect!
